Why I do what I do...
I'm obsessed with human thriving and believe that
our work plays a big role in how fulfilled we are in our lives. I believe in abundance and that everyone can (and should) have a career and life full of happiness and prosperity. However this doesn't mean that I'm blind to the challenges my clients face every day. More and more, I encounter brilliant people and teams who feel stuck and who are not meeting their fullest potential. My mission is to be their guide and help them uncovers the answers and path to success.
How I do it...
Each person or team (and situation) is unique. I take into account your distinct challenges and goals. I am grateful for my marketing and coaching expertise as well as employee engagement experience that enable me to serve as your personal strategist. First, we'll identify what success looks like and then develop a practical result-oriented roadmap. Whether during one-on-one coaching or in a group training, I'm committed to taking this journey with you employing a positive (yet direct) approach.
Who I work with...
My mission is to help individual professionals and teams to get out of their own way so they can have a more fulfilling work life. Over the last two decades, I've had the opportunity to work in diverse environments (within both corporations and non-profit organizations). This has allowed me to get intimately familiar with the various challenges my clients are confronted with every day. I utilized this knowledge to develop tools that help them identify opportunities and thrive through transitions.
